Welcome to a charming and characterful house just 5 minutes walk from the Hayling Billy Leisure Trail and Blue Flag beaches nearby. Close by and within easy walking distance at West town you will find supermarkets, chemist, a variety of eating places, cash dispensers, theatre and recreation park. The historical cities of Chichester Winchester and Portsmouth are all within easy reach. All rooms with ensuite bathroom, television/DVD and tea/ coffee making facilities. Detached annex to rear of main house with two double bedrooms and a capacity for 4 people ideal for family use with garden play area and adjacent secure parking. Easy access as all rooms at ground level. A full English breakfast of your choice is included. Breakfasts are served in the Dining room of the main house from 7.30am to 9.15am. Other times by arrangement. |

Well what can l say! This is the best bed and breakfast we have ever stayed in. Accommodation, breakfast, garden and service is 5*. We would definitely visit this place again, especially with a baby you were so very helpful and lovely. Sooooo nice to meet you.
