Welcome to a charming and characterful house, just 2 minutes walk from the Hayling Billy Leisure Trail, with Blue Flag beaches a 2 min drive and only 10 minutes drive from the A3(M) and A27. The historical cities of Chichester and Portsmouth are both within easy reach.

Most rooms with ensuite bathroom, all rooms with television and tea/coffee facilities. We also have detached annexe accomodation, located to the rear of the main house, with a capacity for families of up to six.

A full English breakfast of your choice is included. Breakfasts are served in the Dining room of the main house from 8.00am to 9.15am.

Earliest arrival time – 4pm. Please advise if arrival time is after 9pm.

Children welcome. Ample parking space. Strictly non-smoking within the property.
